Where should the Moon-Bounce be raised?
A Moon-Bounce unit can be set up on any level area such as grass or cement. The area should be clear of all debris or gravels. A tarp is laid under each unit for added protection. The unit is also sand-bagged down to prevent tilting. |

How much room is needed?
A 20X20 sq. ft. area is ample space. However, one needs to ensure that no overhead power lines or trees is in the way. Units should be located away from pools and waterfronts. Each site will be fully inspected for safety before installation is completed. |
Can I pick up the unit?
For safety reasons and to insure the functional quality of our units, it is required that our staff delivers and sets up your unit. |
What kind of power do we need?
All units require a 110V outlet. One outlet per unit or other items requiring electricity. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit.
Generators are available for rental per your request.

Is there a delivery charge?
We cover the areas of Montgomery County, some Prince Georges County, Washington DC and some Virginia.
Call us for more info on out-of-area deliveries.

What if it rains or is too windy?
If the rain or winds represent a safety concern WE WILL NOT set up a unit outdoors. In such an event, you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, there are no refunds.

How do I reserve equipment?
Contact us at 301-219-4704 or at 301-460-0523 to make a reservation. A deposit of 10% or $50, whichever is greater, will hold your date. |
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
The sooner the better!! Moon Bounce units and Concession equipment is limited. During the Holidays and Spring/Summer months we are usually booked weeks if not months in advance, so book early!!! |
When is the payment due?
Full Payment is due upon delivery or prior to your event. CASH only will be accepted on the day of your event. If paying by Check, it must be received 7 days prior to your event.
A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for all returned checks.

Are Moon-Bounces safe?
Our units are approved by industry standard; they are built with fire retardant vinyl. Each include an inflated safety ramp/step. Each unit is also equipped with blowback valves on our blowers, and have emergency exits. As long as you adhere and enforce the safety and operating instructions, you should experience an accident-free event. |
Do you carry insurance?
We are Fully Insured! A copy of the policy will be provided upon request at the time of delivery. Municipalities, schools, churches, etc. may contact us in advance for documentation. For events on public property such as parks, etc., additional insurance may be required at an additional fee to the total rental cost. |
What are my responsibilities?
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times while the unit is in use. This person must know and enforce the safety and operating procedures at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. Charges may apply if the unit is damaged or requires special cleaning. |

Can you provide an attendant?
We have attendants per your request for an additional hourly fee..

Is there a cleaning charge?
We will do the general cleaning. If excessive cleaning is needed, a cleaning charge of $50 to $100 will be required. Fun food machines must be thoroughly cleaned prior to pick up unless you wish to leave it to us for a cleaning fee of $50. |
Equipment return
We return to your event location to disassemble and pick up the equipment after your event. |
